Community Wellness

Wellness Knowledge, Shared Freely

Community Wellness Education will provide educational resources, outreach, and community events designed to increase awareness of wellness and available support.

Our Approach

Meeting People Where They Are

Many people never learn what wellness support exists, what it costs, or how to ask for it. Our education work is designed to close that information gap in plain language, in familiar community spaces, and without pressure to buy anything.

Sessions are being designed for community centers, libraries, workplaces, and partner organizations throughout Western New York.

Planned Topics

  • Understanding therapeutic wellness services and what they are for
  • Everyday self-care for people with physically demanding work
  • Stress, rest, and recovery basics
  • How to find and evaluate local wellness resources
  • Navigating cost: questions to ask before booking care
  • Careers in healthcare and wellness

Community wellness education is in development. Topics listed here are planned and may change as we gather input from residents and partner organizations. Educational content is general information and is not medical advice.
